Jever

Type: Pilsner
Alcohol Content: 4.9%
My Rating: 7/10

- This is pronounced "yever". This beer is a favorite with a lot of Germans. It is distinguishable because it is quite a hoppy beer. I like it when I'm in the right mood, but it is a little too hoppy for me.

Berliner Pilsner

Type: Pilsner
Alcohol Content: ~5%
My Rating: 5/10

- This is a pilsner brewed in Berlin, as the name suggests. I particularly don't like this beer. It leaves a bad aftertaste.

- This is yet another great German Pilsner. It is lighter on the hops, smooth, refreshing, and tasty.

Freibergisch Schwarzes Bergbier

Type: Schwarzbier
Alcohol Content: 4.9%
My Rating: 7/10

- It feels like a heavy beer. It is sweeter than I normally like. I would like this more on a cold winter day.

Flensburger Pilsner

Type: Pilsner
Alcohol Content: 4.8%
My Rating: 8/10

- I really like this beer because it's weaker on the hops than most other pilsners. It's a great tasting beer. And it's in a really cool bottle too, no bottle opener required.

Erdinger Weißbier

Type: Hefeweizen
Alcohol Content: 5.3%
My Rating: 8/10

- I'm not sure if this is technically a Hefeweizen. The name, Weißbier means "white beer". So I guess it's a Hefeweizen. In any case, it is a very good beer. It is light tasting, but still tasty.
