My first beer is Radeberger, which is appropriate, because it is the most common beer available in Dresden (and definitely the most advertised). It is brewed in Radeberg Germany, which is located 15 km north east of Dresden. Watch out when you order it in a restaurant. It is commonly served in a 0.4L glass rather than the standard 0.5L glass.
Type: Pilsner
Alcohol Content: 4.8% by Volume
My Rating: 7/10
- Noticeable bitter taste but it is still light tasting and very refreshing.
- The bitterness lingers slightly afterwards, which I find pleasant.
- A good beer for a hot summer afternoon.
- 7/10, it's a good beer, but I find it a little too bitter and lacking in other flavours.

Radeberger, smoother than original Pilzner, is excellent; all European beers have more hops, thus taste more bitter.
Majority of American beers are so weak, thin, and watery, that in room temperature they taste horribly.... Try it, will not be4 able to finish a bottle/can!
On the contrary, European beer shows its great taste at room temperature - all that buquet and nuanses.
